Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the product
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return Request

Log into your account, go to "Order History", select the order containing the item you wish to return, and click "Return Items". Choose the products and provide a reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization

You'll receive an email within 1-2 business days with return authorization, shipping instructions, and return label (if applicable). Please do not ship items without authorization.

Package and Ship

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation. Attach the return label and ship via the designated carrier. Keep your tracking number.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Special Return Categories

🍎Food & Beverages

Due to health and safety regulations, food and beverage items can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed, and not expired. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

💊Health Supplements

Health supplements and vitamins must be unopened with safety seals intact. Returns accepted within 14 days for unopened items only.

👶Mother & Baby Products

Baby care items (bottles, pacifiers, etc.) must be unopened and unused for hygiene reasons. Clothing and toys can be returned if unwashed and with tags attached.

⚠️Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Perishable goods past their expiration date
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@meijuhui.com
  • Include your order number and description of the issue
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping is covered by us for defective items
